Yes. We have approximately six to eight private parking spaces directly outside the studio. Parking availability depends on availability that day. We can not guarantee free parking. Parking outside of the studio is always available for approximately 3 euro per hour.

The rental includes the booked studio space, use of the shared kitchen and toilet facilities, Wi-Fi and the available basic furniture. Additional equipment, lighting, chairs, sound, a projector and event support can be added separately.

The studio has a shared kitchen with a Quooker, Nespresso machine and SMEG filter coffee machine, as well as two women’s and two men’s toilets. Glassware, tableware and additional event facilities can be arranged depending on your booking.

Yes, furniture may be moved carefully in consultation with our team. Everything must be returned to its original position after the booking. Please do not drag furniture across the floor, and do not use tape on the floors, walls or windows.

Your booking is confirmed once the quotation has been approved and the required payment has been received. Until then, the requested date may remain available to other clients.

No. All prices shown for studio rentals, events and additional services exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

The studio must be left tidy and in the same condition in which it was found. Final cleaning can be added from €150 excluding VAT. For events, catering or productions requiring more extensive cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Yes, you are welcome to arrange your own catering and drinks. Please discuss the setup with us beforehand, particularly when cooking, serving alcohol or using external catering equipment. We can also help arrange catering and bar staff on request.

The studio is available for selected private and corporate events, including dinners, presentations, brand events, workshops, launches and intimate celebrations. We are not a traditional late-night party venue. Every event is reviewed based on its format, guest count, timing and sound requirements.

This depends on the selected studio, layout and type of event. Studio A is approximately 160 m² and is most comfortable for events of up to around 100 guests. Seated dinners, presentations and productions require more space per person. Contact us with your plans and we will advise you on a suitable layout.

Yes. A sound system can be added for €50 excluding VAT. Microphones and additional technical support are also available on request. Please inform us beforehand if you are planning live music, a DJ or amplified sound.

Yes. We have a selection of continuous professional lighting, modifiers and paper backdrops available. Lighting can be added from €75 excluding VAT and paper backdrop use from €35 excluding VAT. Let us know what you are creating and we can recommend the right setup.

Yes. Viewings are available by appointment. Send us some information about your production or event, preferred date and expected number of guests, and we will arrange a suitable time.
